摘  要:目的:对自制白藜芦醇固体脂质纳米粒(resveratrol solid lipid nanoparticles,Res-SLN)和纳米结构脂质载体(resveratrol nanostructured lipid carrier,Res-NLC)进行质量评价。方法:采用透射电镜(TEM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X-ray衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(FTIR)等方法表征纳米粒,并对其体外释药行为和稳定性进行初步考察。结果:自制纳米粒的粒径分布和外观形态均符合纳米粒子质量标准,药物Res以无定形态被SLN和NLC包载后稳定性提高,并在体外实现了良好的缓释效果,冻干粉样品在三个月内的稳定性良好。结论:通过对自制白藜芦醇脂质纳米粒的一系列性能评价,初步建立其质量评价体系,为今后开展体内外研究奠定基础。Objective The quality of resveratrol solid lipid nanoparticles(Res-SLN)and resveratrol nanostructured lipid carrier(Res-NLC)were evaluated.Methods Using transmission electron microscope(TEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and other analytical methods to characterize the homemade preparations,and their in vitro drug release behavior and stability were preliminarily investigated.Results The nanoparticles meet the quality standards of nanoparticles in terms of particle size distribution and appearance.The stability of the drug Res was improved after being encapsulated by SLN and NLC in an amorphous form,and a good sustained and controlled release effect was achieved in vitro.The stability of freeze-dried powder was good within three months.Conclusion Through a series of performance evaluations of self-made resveratrol lipid nanoparticles,a preliminary quality evaluation system was established.The evaluation system will lay a foundation for future in vivo and in vitro research.
