摘　　要：近代之始,中国的政治正义观念逐步实现了从"天"与"民"到"公意"与"人权"的转变。在此基础上,百年以来,中国社会在中国共产党的领导下,进行革命、建设与改革,将政治正义作为政治逻辑的最高标准,推动中国特色社会主义不断向前发展。而面对国际国内的新形势,未来中国政治正义的发展路径,一方面是要以民主与法治建构起社会的良善制度,并将实现公平正义作为社会发展的目标所在;另一方面则应继承中国古代的"天下观",担当起构建人类命运共同体的重任,推动建立国际政治经济新秩序,为中国的发展创造有利的国际环境。如此,方可达到政治正义的新境界,实现人民的美好生活。At the beginning of modern times,the concept of political justice in China has evolved from"heaven"and"people"to"general will"and"human rights".Based on this,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China has carried out revolution,construction and reform,taking political justice as the highest standard of political logic,and promoting the continuous development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the face of the new international and domestic situation,the future development path of political justice in China is,on the one hand,to build a good social system with democracy and the rule of law,and to achieve fairness and justice as the goal of social development.On the other hand,it should inherit the ancient Chinese"view of the world",take on the important task of building a community with a shared future for mankind,promote the establishment of a new international political and economic order,and create a favorable international environment for China.s development.In this way,a new realm of political justice can be reached and a better life for the people can be realized.
