摘  要:社会心理服务体系建设是国家治理体系现代化的体现。有效提高大学生的心理社会能力,培育其积极的社会心态,不仅是高等教育立德树人的需要,更是社会心理服务体系建设的必然要求。采用量化和质性相结合的研究方法,通过团体心理辅导对24名大学生被试者的人际沟通心理社会能力进行干预实验研究。结果表明:实验组在即时后测的总分远远高于控制组,而且一直持续到3个月后的第二次后测;在人际沟通认知、人际沟通倾向和人际沟通技能三个分量表的后测成绩均高于控制组;差异检验呈显著水平,并且效果具有持久性。团体心理辅导对大学生心理社会能力的提高具有持久的积极影响,同时高校的育人环境也发挥着重要作用。The construction of social psychological service system is the embodiment of the modernization of national governance system.Improve the college students’psychosocial competence,cultivate their positive social mentality,which is not only the need of higher education to moral education and cultivate people,but also the inevitable requirement of the construction of social psychological service system.In this study,quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to conduct an experimental intervention study on the interpersonal communication psychosocial competence of 24 college students through group counseling.The results showed that the total score of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group,and it lasted until the second post-test 3 months later;The post-test scores of interpersonal communication cognition,interpersonal communication tendency and interpersonal communication skills were all higher than those of the control group;The difference test showed a significant level and the effect was persistent.Group counseling has a lasting positive effect on the improvement of college students’psychosocial competence,and the educational environment of colleges and universities also plays an important role.
