为群众办报:由《关中报》看习仲勋新闻宣传思想的人民性原则

摘　　要：习仲勋不仅是杰出的无产阶级革命家,还曾领导党的新闻宣传工作,并在实践中形成了“为群众办报”的新闻宣传思想。延安时期,习仲勋在创办《关中报》的实践中坚持为人民办报、发动群众办报的新闻宣传理念,在此基础上积极倡导专业化与大众化的融合,彰显出强烈的群众观念和为民情怀。“为群众办报”是新时代社会主义新闻媒体必须坚守的价值取向。Xi Zhongxun is not only an outstanding proletarian revolutionary,he also led the Party’s press and propaganda work,and in practice he developed the idea of“running a newspaper for the masses”.During the Yan’an period,Xi Zhongxun,in founding the Guanzhong newspaper,adhered to the press propaganda concept of running a newspaper for the people and mobilising the masses,on the basis of which he actively advocated the fusion of specialisation and popularisation,highlighting the concept of the masses and the sentiment for the people.“Running a newspaper for the masses”is the value orientation that the socialist news media must adhere to in the new era.
