基于《不居集》浅析吴澄理脾阴之法治疗外感虚损

摘　　要：通过对吴澄《不居集》外感虚损之病因、症候表现、治法的研读,总结吴澄用“理脾阴”之法医治外感虚损之要素与特点,从而得出理脾阴九方注重填精血,升脾阳,养阴益气,阴阳调和,润燥合宜的用药特色。Based on the study of the etiology,symptom manifestation,and treatment of external sensory defi⁃ciency in Complete Compendium of Consumptive Disease by Wu Cheng,this article summarizes the factors and characteristics of Wu Cheng’s treatment of external sensory deficiency with the method of“regulating spleen Yin”,and concludes that the nine prescriptions for regulating spleen Yin pay attention to filling blood,raising spleen Yang,nourishing Yin and benefiting Qi,harmonizing Yin and Yang,and moistening dryness.
