摘 要:蜘蛛是茶园生态系统中最为优势的一类捕食性天敌。基于已有的文献资料,本文从茶园蜘蛛的种类调查、茶园蜘蛛与害虫的时空生态位关系以及茶园蜘蛛对茶树害虫的捕食作用3个方面总结了中国茶园蜘蛛的研究进展。结果显示,(1)迄今,中国茶园蜘蛛种类共计40科535种,优势种蜘蛛种类共计19科89种;(2)茶园蜘蛛与茶树害虫的发生表现出了较高的时间同步性和空间同域性;(3)室内喂食实验显示,茶园蜘蛛对茶树害虫捕食的功能反应符合Holling Ⅱ型方程;(4)野外肠道DNA分析显示,茶园蜘蛛对茶树害虫捕食的阳性率较高,最高达56.1%。并综合以上4个指标探讨了茶园蜘蛛对茶树害虫的捕食与控制作用,旨在为进一步开发并利用茶园蜘蛛进行田间害虫防治奠定理论基础。Spiders are the most dominant predatory natural enemies of pests in the tea plantation ecosystem.Base on the existing literature,the research advances of spiders in tea plantations of China are summarized from three aspects(investigation of spider species,spatiotemporal niche between spiders and tea pests,predation of tea pests by spiders)in this paper.The results show that,(1)to date,a total of 535 spider species from 40 families are reported in Chinese tea plantation,among them,89 spider species from 19 families are the dominant species.(2)The occurrence of spiders and tea pests show a high sympatry and synchronism.(3)The feeding experiments have shown that the functional response of spiders preying on tea pests can be described with Holling II equation.(4)Molecular gut analysis have shown a higher positive rate of spiders preying on tea pests in the field(up to 56.1%).The spiders control tea pests is discussed basc on above four indices,and the aim is to provide the theory for developing and using spiders control tea pests in the future.
