摘 要:对于2型糖尿病的治疗,二甲双胍属于一线药物,能够减少肝脏葡萄糖输出,增加胰岛素敏感性,达到降低血糖的作用。但是在临床中,二甲双胍的治疗效果存在显著的个体差异,在较多因素中,基因多态性是众多学者关注的热点之一。本文通过对近年来相关文献的检索,旨在对其特定基因在降糖效果方面的影响进行阐述,为药物的个体化治疗提供参考。For the treatment of type 2 diabetes,metformin is a first-line drug,which can reduce the liver glucose output,increase insulin sensitivity and reduce blood glucose.However,there are significant individual differences in the clinical efficacy of metformin,among many factors,gene polymorphism is one of the hot spots of many scholars.Through the retrieval of related literature in recent years,the purpose of this study is to elucidate the effect of its specific genes on hypoglycemic effect,and to provide reference for individualized treatment of drugs.
