美托洛尔所致不良反应的文献分析

摘　　要：目的:分析美托洛尔导致的不良反应,为临床用药安全提供参考。方法:选取2015年1月-2020年1月国内外期刊相关美托洛尔药物治疗发生不良反应的文献13篇,进行总结性分析研究。结果:13篇文献中,包含患者14例,男8例(57.14%),女6例(42.85%);分析结果发现,存在心动过缓、关节疼痛以及心房颤动的患者各3例;而存在室上性逸搏心率、室上性心动过速、双下肢水肿、腹部肌肉酸痛以及干咳的患者各1例。结论:本次文献分析显示,需要针对使用美托洛尔的患者加大药物使用检测,并重视患者发生的不良反应,避免患者在治疗过程中出现严重的不良事件。Objective:To analyze the adverse reactions induced by metoprolol and provide reference for clinical drug safety.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2020,a total of 13 articles about adverse reactions of metoprolol in domestic and foreign periodicals were collected and analyzed.Results:In 13 articles,there were 14 cases of patients,8 cases were males(57.14%)and 6 cases were females(42.85%).The results showed that there were 3 cases of bradycardia,3 cases of joint pain and 3 cases of atrial fibrillation.1 case had supraventricular tachyarrhythmia heart rate,1 case had supraventricular tachycardia,1 case had lower limb swelling,1 case had abdominal muscle soreness and 1 case had dry cough.Conclusion:This literature analysis shows that it is necessary to increase the detection of drug use in patients with metoprolol,pay attention to the adverse reactions of patients to avoid serious adverse events in the course of treatment.
