摘 要:目的:探析臭氧联合射频消融术治疗椎间盘退变性疾病的疗效及对TGF-β水平的影响。方法:2015年7月-2017年7月收治椎间盘退变性疾病患者60例,根据治疗方案不同分为两组,各30例。对照组给予保守治疗;观察组给予臭氧联合射频消融术治疗。比较两组临床疗效及TGF-β指标水平。结果:观察组疼痛(VAS)评分及功能障碍(ODI)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗1周、1个月及3个月后TGF-β指标水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用臭氧联合射频消融术治疗椎间盘退变性疾病的效果显著,可以有效缓解患者的疼痛及功能障碍情况,改善TGF-β指标水平。Objective:To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration and its influence on TGF-βlevel.Methods:From July 2015 to July 2017,60 patients with intervertebral disc degeneration were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment plans,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conservative treatment.The observation group was treated with ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation.Clinical efficacy and TGF-βlevel were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS score and ODI score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).TGF-βlevels in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group after 1 week,1 month and 3 months of treatment,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozone combined with radiofrequency ablation is effective in treating degenerative disc diseases,it can effectively relieve the pain and dysfunction of patients and improve the level of TGF-βindex.
