摘　　要：目的:分析苯磺酸氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压伴高尿酸血症对血压、血尿酸水平的改善作用。方法:2017年6月-2019年6月收治老年糖尿病合并高血压伴高尿酸血症患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组应用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,试验组应用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组治疗效果,统计两组的空腹血糖与空腹胰岛素水平。结果:试验组治疗3个月后收缩压、舒张压及血尿酸水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗3个月后的空腹血糖与空腹胰岛素水平明显优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年糖尿病合并高血压伴高尿酸血症疗效确切,可显著控制患者血压及血尿酸水平。Objective:To explore the improving effect on blood pressure and uric acid level of oral amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly diabetes complicated with hypertension and hyperuricemia.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,80 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension and hyperuricemia were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate.The experimental group was treated with amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin levels of the two groups were counted.Results:In the experimental group,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and serum uric acid levels were significantly lower than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin levels of the experimental group after 3 months of treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of amlodipine besylate combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly diabetes complicated with hypertension and hyperuricemia is definite,it can significantly control the blood pressure and uric acid level of patients.
