摘　　要：目的:分析无痛分娩用于初产妇的效果观察及产程时间与母婴结局的影响。方法:2018年3月-2020年5月收治分娩产妇84例,依据产妇意愿分为两组,各42例。对照组为常规分娩,观察组为无痛分娩,比较两组分娩结果、产程时间和母婴结局。结果:观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组顺产率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿Apgar评分及产妇产后出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无痛分娩用于初产妇,可提升自然分娩率,缩短产程时间,减轻产妇痛苦,母婴结局良好。Objective:To explore the effect observation of painless delivery for primipara and analysis of the influence of labor process time and maternal and infant outcomes.Methods:From March 2018 to May 2020,84 parturient women were selected.According to their wishes,they were divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine delivery.The observation group was painless delivery.We compared the delivery results,duration of labor and maternal and infant outcomes between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the time of the first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and the total stage of labor were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The spontaneous labor rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Painless delivery for primipara can improve the natural delivery rate,shorten the labor process time,reduce maternal pain,and the maternal and infant outcomes are good.
