二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的:评价彩色多普勒超声和二维超声诊断乳腺癌的临床价值。方法:2019年5月-2020年5月收治乳腺癌患者80例,所有患者均实施二维超声检查及彩色多普勒超声检查。以手术或穿刺活检结果作为诊断标准,比较两种检查方法的诊断效果。结果:彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断准确率明显高于二维超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与彩色多普勒超声检查比较,彩色多普勒超声与二维超声联合检查的诊断准确率有所提升,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌诊断中实施彩色多普勒超声与二维超声联合诊断,可提升诊断效果,为治疗提供可靠的诊断依据,以改善患者预后。Objective:To explore the clinical value of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:From May 2019 to May 2020,80 patients with breast cancer were selected.All patients underwent two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound examination.The results of operation or puncture biopsy were used as the diagnostic criteria,and the diagnostic effects of the two methods were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with color Doppler ultrasound,the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound combined with two-dimensional ultrasound was improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of breast cancer,the implementation of color Doppler ultrasound combined with two-dimensional ultrasound can improve the diagnostic effect,provide reliable diagnostic basis for treatment,and improve the prognosis of patients.
