摘　　要：针对高线轧机油气润滑系统给油量无法控制、油耗高、管路布局不合理等问题进行了分析,结合现场实际提出了油气润滑改造方案并实施,降低了设备润滑故障和润滑油消耗。Make an analysis on the problems such as uncontrollable oil supply,high oil consumption and unreasonable pipeline layout in the air-oil lubrication system of high-speed wire mill.Combined with the actual situation,an air-oil lubrication renovation plan is put forward.Lubrication failures and lubricant consumption are reduced.
