摘　　要：对液压控制系统存在的设计缺陷进行了分析,对原有的单向阀实施改造。改造后解决了卷筒旋转密封在生产中易发生漏油、内泄的问题,提高卷筒运行稳定性,延长了卷筒旋转密封的使用寿命。The design defects of the hydraulic control system are analyzed.The original check valve was modified.After modification,the problems of oil leakage and internal relief in the production of mandrel rotary seal are solved.The operation stability of the mandrel is improved,and the service lifetime of the mandrel rotary seal is prolonged.
