摘  要:针对飞机结构连接孔径超差问题,引入冷挤压衬套用于孔径修复,提出适用于小边距耳片通孔及埋头孔修复方法,建立典型连接结构的有限元模型,分析冷挤压压合衬套安装后结构件强度及抗疲劳性能,得出冷挤压压合衬套可用于飞机结构连接件孔径超差修理,并改善提高结构抗疲劳强度。Aiming at the problem of out-of-tolerance connecting aperture of aircraft structure,cold-extrusion bushings are introduced for aperture repair,and methods for repairing through-holes and countersinks of small margin lugs are proposed,and finite element models of typical connecting structures are established and analyzed.After the cold-extrusion compression bushing is installed,the strength and fatigue resistance of the structural parts show that the cold-extruded compression bushing can be used to repair the out-of-tolerance aperture of the aircraft structural connector,and improve the fatigue strength of the structure.
