摘 要:基于ANSYS平台对某型号的升降横移式立体车库进行满载时的静力学分析,结果显示强度和刚度满足要求,但存在应力集中和结构盈余。对支撑柱进行加强筋设计的结构优化,使集中应力问题得到明显改善。并进行车库的整体优化,使车库质量减少35%,减少钢材用量,达到轻量化设计的目的。最后对起吊点与纵梁和车库的变形关系进行研究,结果表明,起吊距离应小于纵梁长度的25%。Based on the ANSYS platform,the statics analysis of a certain type of lifting and transversal three-dimensional garage under full load shows that the strength and rigidity meet the requirements,but there is stress concentration and structural surplus.The structural optimization of the rib design of the supporting column has significantly improved the problem of concentrated stress.The overall optimization of the garage is also carried out to reduce the quality of the garage by 35%and reduce the amount of steel to achieve the purpose of lightweight design.Finally,the relationship between the lifting point,the longitudinal beam and the deformation of the garage is studied,and the results show that the lifting distance should be less than 25%of the longitudinal beam length.
