摘 要:介绍了一种机载用高压氧气瓶的理论设计方法,利用Pro/E软件建立三维模型,通过ANSYS对其设计强度进行了有限元分析,并完成样机试制、试验验证、试飞验证,验证该理论设计方法的正确性。该高压气瓶用于将机载氧气系统的高压氧气存储,配合气瓶阀门、减压装置为机载氧气系统提供稳定的低压氧气输出。同时该高压气瓶具有结构紧凑、质量轻、容积大、贮存压力高、环境适应性强等优点,已应用于某飞行器供气系统。A theoretical design method of high pressure airborne oxygen cylinder is introduced.A three-dimensional model is established using Pro/E software,and the design strength finite element analysis is carried out using ANSYS.Prototype trial production,test verification,and flight test verification have been completed to verify the correctness of the theoretical design method.The high pressure oxygen cylinder is used to store the high pressure oxygen of the airborne oxygen system,and cooperate with the cylinder valve and pressure reducing device to provide a stable low pressure oxygen output for the airborne oxygen system.The high pressure oxygen cylinder has the advantages of compact structure,light weight,large volume,high storage pressure,and strong environmental adaptability.It has been applied to the air supply system of an aircraft.
