摘 要:基于新零售模式下社区末端物流配送现状以及智能快递柜融入社区末端物流的运作模式,以无物业小区为例,分析智能快递柜在无物业小区末端物流中占据的地位以及实现路径。文中从智能快递柜投入方与使用方探讨智能快递柜融入无物业小区末端物流面临的主要制约因素,提出末端物流协同配送、无物业小区物流规范化管理、优化取件资源配置、全渠道库存运营管理等优化策略,以期为智能快递柜投入无物业小区解决“最后一公里”末端物流配送难题提供决策参考。Based on the current status of community terminal logistics distribution under the new retail model and the operation mode of integrating smart express cabinets into community terminal logistics,taking the non-property community as an example,analyze the status and realization path of smart express cabinets in the terminal logistics of non-property community.The article discusses the main constraints of the integration of smart express cabinets into the terminal logistics of non-property communities from the investors and users of smart express cabinets,and proposes coordinated distribution of terminal logistics,standardized management of logistics in non-property communities,optimized pickup resource allocation,and omni-channel inventory management Such optimization strategies are expected to provide decision-making reference for the investment of smart express cabinets in non-property communities to solve the“last mile”terminal logistics distribution problem.
