摘　　要：文中针对一次性外卖餐具带来的卫生以及环境影响等痛点问题,设计了基于电子标签的可追溯可循环餐具的运作模式与流程,并通过消费者调研以及投入产出分析,分析了该模式的可行性,旨在为外卖餐具绿色化发展提供一种新的发展思路。This paper in view of problems of health and environmental impact caused by disposable take-away tableware,the operation mode and process of traceable and recyclable tableware based on electronic tag is designed.The feasibility of this mode is analyzed through consumer survey and input-output analysis,aiming to provide a new development idea for the green development of takeout tableware.
