摘  要:针对酸刺沟煤矿U+L通风条件下漏风复杂且上隅角O2体积分数偏低、有害气体体积分数偏高的问题,通过现场试验及数值模拟,对采空区漏风规律及气体体积分数分布进行研究,并提出一种新式密闭封堵措施。结果表明:采空区联络巷密闭漏风导致相邻采空区有害气体通过密闭裂隙漏入回采工作面采空区,且受回采工作面遗煤氧化及原煤CO2解吸影响,回风隅角O2体积分数偏低,CO2和N2体积分数偏高;回风隅角O2体积分数与联络巷密闭距工作面距离成正比,CO2和N2体积分数与联络巷密闭距工作面距离成反比;采取密闭封堵措施后,上隅角CO2体积分数降到0.25%以下,O2体积分数提高到16%以上;现场试验及数值模拟得到的采空区“三带”范围基本一致,氧化带范围为7~110 m,确定采煤机割煤速度不得小于2.13 m/d。In view of the complicated air leakage and the low oxygen concentration and the high harmful gas concentration in the upper corner under the U+L ventilation condition in Suancigou Coal Mine,the air leakage law and the air concentration distribution in the goaf are studied through the field test and numerical simulation,and a new sealing measure is proposed.The results show that the air leakage in the contact lane of goaf causes the harmful gas in the adjacent goaf to pass through the sealed fracture to leak into the goaf of the stope;under the influence of residual coal oxidation and raw coal CO2 desorption on the stoping face,O2 concentration in the return corner is low,CO2 and nitrogen concentration is high,O2 concentration in the return corner is directly proportional to the distance between the closed contact lane and the working face,while CO2 and N2 concentration are inversely proportional to the distance between the closed contact lane and the working face;after the adoption of closed sealing measures,the CO2 concentration in the upper corner is reduced to less than 0.25%,and the O2 concentration is increased to more than 16%.The range of goaf“three zones”obtained by field test and numerical simulation is basically the same,and the oxidation zone ranges from 7 m to 110 m.It is determined that the coal cutting speed of the sheaf shall not be less than 2.13 m/d.
