摘 要:为了解决目前高瓦斯煤层瓦斯抽放布孔密度大、单孔抽放影响范围小、抽放量少、钻机搬运频繁和工作效率低下等问题,采用高压组合水射流技术,优化设计前、后喷嘴以及转向器;在轴向孔的基础上,实现多个径向分枝子孔抽采技术。研究结果表明:以多组合高压喷头和软管配合破煤岩、转向装置小半径转向,对煤体瞬时施加动能载荷,实现煤岩体动态损伤和裂隙,可以快速提高煤层瓦斯透气性。In order to solve the problems such as high density of gas drainage hole,small influence range of single hole drainage,little amount of drainage,frequent carrying of drilling rig and low working efficiency,using high pressure combined water jet technology,we optimize the design of front and back nozzles and steering gear.On the basis of the axial hole,the technology of multiple radial branch holes extraction is realized.The results of the study show that with multi-combination high-pressure nozzle and hose combined with coal rock breaking and small radius turning of steering device,the dynamic kinetic energy load is applied to the coal body to realize dynamic damage and fracture of coal and rock mass,and the gas permeability of coal seam can be rapidly improved.
