摘　　要：对TQZ-140型副产蒸汽氯化氢合成炉运行中出现的灯头破裂、合成炉底部杂质积聚、视镜结垢和炉底氢气弯管腐蚀等问题进行了分析,并提出了处理措施和生产注意事项。Some problems occurred during the operation of the TQZ-140 by-product steam hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace,such as burner cracking,accumulation of impurities at the bottom of the synthesis furnace,sight glass scaling,and corrosion of the hydrogen elbow at the bottom of the furnace.These problems were analyzed.The treatment measures and production precautions were put forward.
