我国护理类科技核心期刊近10年影响因子变化趋势分析及建议

摘　　要：目的分析我国护理类科技核心期刊近10年影响因子变化情况,以促进我国护理期刊学术影响力的提升,推动护理学科的发展。方法采用二手资料分析法、比较研究法,统计《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》(CJCR)近10年收录的主要护理类科技核心期刊的影响因子最大值、最小值、平均值、总体排名、区间分布及占比等。结果CJCR收录的护理类科技核心期刊影响因子平均值从2010版的0.680上升到2019版的0.990;最高值从2010版的1.485上升到2019版的2.565,最低值从2010版的0.288上升到2019版的0.515;后5年(2015年—2019年)与前5年(2010年—2014年)相比,影响因子<0.5的期刊出现频次明显减少(P<0.05);影响因子>1.0的期刊出现频次明显增多(P<0.05)。结论我国护理类科技核心期刊近10年影响因子总体呈明显上升趋势,但期刊数量和刊文量的增长没能随着护理从业人员数量和结构的变化而同比增长,应积极鼓励有资质的机构适当增发新刊或增加版面;在护理高等教育中,加强护理科研教学;在临床实践中想方设法留住高层次护理人才,提高研究产出,以促进护理学科发展。Objective To analyze the changes in the influencing factors of my country's nursing science and technology core journals in the past 10 years to promote the improvement of the academic influence of my country's nursing journals and the development of nursing disciplines.Methods By using second-hand data analysis and comparative research methods,statistics were made on the maximum,minimum,average,and overall impact factors of major nursing science and technology core journals included in"China Science and Technology Journals Citation Report(Core Edition)"(CJCR)in the past 10 years ranking,interval distribution and proportion,etc.Results The average influencing factor of core nursing science journals included in CJCR increased from 0.680 in the 2010 version to 0.990 in the 2019 version;the highest value increased from 1.485 in the 2010 version to 2.565 in the 2019 version,and the lowest value increased from 0.288 in the 2010 version to 0.515 in the 2019 version.Compared with the previous fi ve years(2010-2014)in the last fi ve years(2015-2019),the appearance frequency of journals with an impact factor of<0.5 has decreased significantly(P<0.05);the appearance frequency of journals with an impact factor of>1.0 has increased signifi cantly(P<0.05).Conclusion The influencing factors of my country's core nursing science and technology journals had shown a clear upward trend in the past 10 years,but the number of journals and the volume of publications had not been able to increase year-on-year with changes in the number and structure of nursing staff.Qualifi ed institutions should be actively encouraged appropriately publish new journals or increase the page,at the same time,in nursing higher education,strengthen nursing research and teaching,in clinical practice,fi nd ways to retain high-level nursing talents and improve research output to promote the development of nursing disciplines.
