摘　　要：目的探究并发症警示教育联合康复护理在髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月髋关节置换术患者120例,按照患者性别、年龄、病理类型、置换位置比较具有可比性的方法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加并发症警示教育联合康复护理,比较两组患者的髋关节功能及并发症发生率。结果观察组髋关节功能良好率大于对照组;观察组感染、压力性损伤、下肢深静脉血栓、关节僵硬等并发症发生率低于对照组;组间比较各指标均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论并发症警示教育联合康复护理在髋关节置换术患者中的应用,能促进髋关节功能恢复,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of complication warning education combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods To select 120 cases of patients undergoing hip replacement from January 2018 to January 2020 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the comparison of gender,age,pathological type,and replacement location of patients,with 60 cases in each group.The control group took conventional nursing care,and the observation group added complications warning education combined with rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The hip joint function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The in-commission rate of hip function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the rate of complications such as infection,pressure injury,deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs,and joint stiffness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all indicators were statistically significant in comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of complication warning education combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing hip replacement can promote the recovery of hip joint function and reduce the incidence of complications.
