中药一匹绸总黄酮提取工艺及其含量测定研究

摘　　要：采用回流提取法提取一匹绸总黄酮,通过单因素试验,考察提取方法、提取溶剂体积分数、提取体积、提取时间对总黄酮含量的影响,采用正交试验,优化提取工艺条件,筛选出一匹绸总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,一匹绸总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为75%甲醇、料液比1∶30、回流提取时间1.0 h。该方法重复性较好、方法稳定,能有效测定一匹绸药材总黄酮的含量,为该药材的质量标准研究提供一定的科学依据。The total flavonoids of Argyreia aceta Lour.were extracted by reflux extraction method.The effects of extraction method,ex⁃traction solvent concentration,extraction volume and extraction time on the total flavonoids content of the medicinal materials were in⁃vestigated by single factor experiment.The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions.The best extraction process for a total flavonoid of Argyreia aceta Lour.was screened out.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of a total flavonoid of Argyreia aceta Lour.was 75%methanol,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶30,and the reflux extraction time was 1.0 h.This meth⁃od repeatability was good,the method was stable,and can effectively determine the content of total flavonoids in Argyreia aceta Lour.medicinal material,and provide a scientific basis for the quality standard research of this medicinal material.
