摘 要:为控制支化叠氮缩水甘油聚醚(Branched Glycidyl Azide Polymer,BGAP)质量,对BGAP的流变性能与分子结构进行了研究。采用美国TA公司ARES型高级旋转流变仪检测了BGAP的动态流变性能、零剪切粘度和粘流活化能,并应用十八角度激光光散射(LS)、粘度(CV)和示差折光(DRI)三检测器与凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)联用仪检测了BGAP的重均相对分子量,以及特性粘数法和均方回转半径法的支化因子。结果表明,支化GAP(叠氮缩水甘油聚醚)有剪切变稀行为,特性粘数法支化因子比均方回转半径法支化因子略大,其结果规律一致,两种方法所得支化因子均可表征BGAP的支化程度。BGAP的重均相对分子量与支化程度均对其动态模量、零剪切粘度和粘流活化能等流变性能参数有明显相关性;BGAP重均相对分子量与支化程度差别程度越大,对其流变性能的影响越显著。In order to control the quality of branched glycidyl azide polymer(BGAP),the rheological properties and molecular structure of BGAP were studied.The dynamic rheological properties,zero-shear viscosity,and viscous flow activation energy were tested by an advanced rotational rheometer(ARES,TA.USA).The weight average molar mass,the intrinsic viscosity branching factor and the mean square rotation radius branching factor of BGAP were determined by gel permeation(GPC)combined with three detectors which were eighteen-angle laser light scattering(LS),viscosity detector(CV)and differential refractometer(DRI).The results show that branched GAP has shear thinning behavior.The branching factor of intrinsic viscosity is slightly larger than that of the mean square radius,while the results are consistent,so that the two kinds of branching factors can characterize the branching degree of BGAP.Both the weight average molar mass and the degree of branching of BGAP have significant correlations with its rheological property parameters such as dynamic modulus,zero-shear viscosity and viscous flow activation energy.The greater the degree of molar mass and branching factor of BGAP is,the more significant the effect on rheological properties is.
