摘  要:为提升CTPB(端羧基液体聚丁二烯)基燃气发生剂力学性能水平,分析了CTPB基燃气发生剂力学性能的特点,针对其力学性能存在的问题,分别从粘合剂网络结构、固体填料形态及两相界面性能三方面,对提升CTPB基燃气发生剂力学性能进行了分析,重点介绍了CTPB预聚物性能及粘合剂固化体系对力学性能的影响。分析认为,采用活性聚合方法制备高性能(高相对分子质量、窄相对分子质量分布、窄官能度分布及高顺式1,4结构)CTPB预聚物;改变粘合剂网络的固化反应历程,将CTPB预聚物与固化剂反应的过程由先交联后扩链调整为先扩链后交联;在对燃气发生剂其他性能无显著不良影响的前提下,选择小粒度、球形化固体填料;结合燃气发生剂配方组分特点,针对性地设计合适的键合剂是改善CTPB基燃气发生剂力学性能的有效途径。In order to improve the mechanical properties of CTPB(carboxyl-terminated liquid polybutadiene)based gas generator,this paper analyzes the mechanical properties of CTPB based gas generator.In view of the problems existing in the mechanical properties of CTPB based gas generator,the improvement of mechanical properties of CTPB based gas generator was analyzed from the three aspects:the structure of binder network,the morphology of solid filler and the two-phase interface performance.The influences of the properties of CTPB prepolymer and the curing system on the mechanical properties are mainly introduced.The analysis believes that using high-performance CTPB prepolymers(high molecular weight,narrow molecular weight distribution,narrow functionality distribution and high cis 1,4 structure)which prepared by the living polymerization method;changing the curing reaction process of the adhesive network,adjusting the process of the CTPB prepolymer and the curing agent from cross-linking and then chain extension to first chain extension and then cross-linking;selecting small particle sizeand spherical solid fillers on the premise that there is no significant adverse effects on other properties of the gas generating agent;according to the characteristics of the composition of the fuel gas generator formulation,the targeted design of a suitable bonding agent are effective ways to improve the mechanical properties of CTPB based gas generator.
