摘　　要：立柱外板是卡车驾驶室最关键的覆盖件之一,侧整形是其成形工艺中最重要的工序,对于立柱外板处的侧整形,由于制件整形时需要凸模支撑,整形后凸模需要退出取件,其半封闭形状给模具设计带来较多困难,加上制件受双目重叠角不得大于6°的限制,又不能设变,为了改变这种状况,采用了一种新型复合斜楔结构,它可以很好地解决整形质量、支撑和凸模退出的诸多问题,是加速产品投入市场的重要手段。The column outer plate is one of the most important panels of truck cab,the side shaping is the most important working procedure in the forming process.For the side shaping of the column outer plate,because the parts need the support of the punch during the shaping,the punch after the shaping needs to withdhaw the part.In order to change the semi-closed shape,a new type of compound wedge structure is adopted in this paper,which brings many difieulies to the die design,and the parts can not be changed because of the limitation of the overlap angle of the eyes not more than 6°,it can solve the problemns of shaping quality,support and punch withdrawal,and is an important means to accelerale the product into the markel.
