正常蒙古族人胫骨平台内翻角的测量及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:测量正常蒙古族人胫骨平台内翻角,为国人膝关节置换术提供数据参考。方法:正常蒙古族人60例,摄双下肢全长正位片,数据经DICOM格式输入电脑保存,图像通过AutoCAD处理,获取胫骨平台内翻角(PT角)及小腿机械轴垂直线和股骨髁远端切线的夹角(FT角)数据。结果:(1)正常蒙古族人膝关节PT角与FT角:(4.17±0.69)°、(4.95±0.57)°;男PT角:(4.11±0.67)°、FT角:(4.86±0.59)°;女PT角:(4.23±0.70)°、FT角:(5.04±0.55)°;(2)同性别左右侧对比无差异(P>0.05);不同性别间数值无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)蒙古族人与汉族的PT角和FT角无明显差异(P>0.05);(4)正常蒙古族人PT角与FT角均大于西方人,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正常蒙古族人PT角和FT角与汉族数值进行比较无明显差异,而与西方人数据比较存在统计学意义。Objective:To measure the medial tibial angle of the tibial plateau in normal Mongolians and provide data for Chinese knee replacement.Methods:A total of 60 normal Mongolian people were photographed with the whole length of the lower limbs.The data were stored in DICOM format and stored in AutoCAD.Results:(1)Normal Mongolian People’s knee joint PT angle and FT angle:(4.17+0.69)degrees,(4.95+0.57)degrees;male PT angle:(4.11+0.67)degrees,FT angle:(4.86+0.59)degrees;female PT angle:(4.23+0.70)degrees,FT angle:(0.70+0.70);(2)There is no difference between the right and right sides(P>0.05);(FT)There was no significant difference between the sexes(P>0.05);(3)There was no significant difference in PT angle and FT angle between Mongolian and Han nationality(P>0.05);(4)normal Mongolian people had larger PT angles and FT angles than Westerners(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference between normal Mongolian people in terms of PT angle and FT angle compared with Han nationality values,but there is statistical significance compared with westerners’data.
