摘  要:基于瞬态电流正弦脉宽调制(sinusoidal pulse width modulation,SPWM)控制策略是级联型电力电子变压器(power electronic transformer,PET)网侧整流级交流-直流(alternating current-direct current,AC-DC)变换环节的一种典型控制策略,该策略最大的优点是减少了大量控制环节,引入交流网侧相位角,可以实现无相位差整流。基于此提出一种基于虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)控制技术电力电子变压器网侧级联H桥整流器(cascaded H-bridge rectifier,CHBR)直流电压平衡控制策略,在传统平衡算法上引入虚拟同步机原理,同时采用载波移相调制(carrier phase shifting SPWM,CPS-SPWM)算法降低网侧电流谐波含量。在整流侧注入转动惯量和阻尼系统,使得级联模块获得同步机特性从而具有惯性,并且阻尼功率振荡,获得更好的动态性能。通过调节整流级各单元调制波以实现整流侧直流电容电压平衡,最后通过MATLAB仿真平台验证了所提控制策略的有效性。The control strategy of transient current sinusoidal pulse width modulation(SPWM)is a common strategy for power electronic transformer(PET)conversion during the rectification stage of cascaded PET in the grid side.The biggest advantage of this strategy is that it reduces a large number of control links and introduces the phase angle in the AC grid side,which can realize phase-free rectification.Therefore,a grid-side control strategy of DC voltage balance of PET was proposed based on virtual synchronous machine,in which the principle of virtual synchronous machine on the traditional balance algorithm was introduced,and the carrier phase shift modulation algorithm was used to reduce the current harmonic content of the grid side.A rotational inertia and damping system was added on the rectifying side,so that the cascade module could obtain the characteristics of the synchronizer so as to be inertial,and the damping power was oscillated,thus obtaining better dynamic performance.Meanwhile,by adjusting the modulation wave of each unit of the rectification stage,the voltage balance of the rectifying side DC capacitor could be achieved.At last,the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy was verified on the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform.
