摘 要:监控系统的视频序列往往受到环境噪声、运动目标繁多和目标遮挡的影响,针对传统视频监控无法对人员实施有效检测、跟踪和计数的问题,设计一种基于ARM的智能多目标跟踪监控系统。从整体性角度阐述系统硬件设计方案和软件环境搭建。在算法实现方面,基于改进的自适应高斯混合模型和卡尔曼滤波实现了目标检测和跟踪,引入匈牙利算法进行数据关联来解决多目标跟踪的任务指派问题,同时利用检测目标和预测目标之间的欧式距离以及卡尔曼滤波解决了遮挡问题。实验结果表明,系统在场地和摄像头视角有限的情况下可以有效跟踪到6个运动目标,其平均处理能力保持在18帧/s。The video sequence of the monitoring system is often affected by environmental noise,numerous moving targets,and target occlusion,aiming at the problem that traditional video monitoring cannot effectively detect,track,and count the workers,an intelligent multi-target tracking and monitoring system based on ARM was designed.The hardware design scheme and software environment construction were described from the perspective of system integrity.In terms of algorithm implementation,the target detection and tracking were realized based on the improved adaptive Gaussian mixture model and Kalman filter.The Hungarian algorithm was introduced to solve the task assignment problem of multi-target tracking by data association,and the occlusion problem was solved by using the Euclidean distance between detection target and prediction target with Kalman filter.Experimental results show that the system can effectively track 6 moving targets under the limited field and camera perspective,and its average processing capacity remains at 18 frames/s.
