加味温胆汤治疗痰瘀阻络型中风恢复期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加味温胆汤治疗痰瘀阻络型中风恢复期的效果。方法使用随机划分的方法将86例于2017年11月—2019年11月接受治疗的痰瘀阻络型中风恢复期患者分成对照组和观察组各43例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上增加加味温胆汤治疗,对比2组患者的临床疗效,明确加味温胆汤方案的临床应用价值。结果观察组和对照组治疗的总有效率分别为90.70%和74.42%,2组比较差异显著,P<0.05;治疗后2组患者的NIHSS评分和ADL评分均有所改善,且观察组改善更加明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对痰瘀阻络型中风恢复期患者采用加味温胆汤进行治疗,效果显著,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者生活自理能力,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of modified Wendan decoction in treating phlegm stasis blocking collaterals stroke in convalescence.Methods A randomized method was used to divide 86 patients with phlegm stasis blocking collaterals stroke in convalescence in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 into two groups,with 43 cases in the each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Wendan decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared to determine the clinical application value of modified Wendan decoction.Results The effective rates of treatment in the observation group and the control group were 90.70%and 74.42%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score and ADL score of the two groups of patients were improved,the observation group was more improved obviously,and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Wendan decoction for patients with phlegm stasis blocking collaterals stroke in convalescence is effective.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve their self-care ability.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
