摘　　要：距下关节脱位(STJD)并非临床常见疾病,尽管其发病的机制、诊疗方法以及影响手法复位失败的因素已逐渐明了,但也未受到临床医生的广泛重视。笔者已经深刻认识到这一点,对该疾病进行研究,查阅了大量国内外相关文献,针对于此病闭合手法复位进行介绍,探讨其失败因素,同时详细阐述了手术治疗方法,总结前人的研究成果,在此基础上分析整理,对此作一综述,以便能为临床上正确诊断和处理该疾病提供理论指导。The subtalar joint dislocation is not a common clinical disease.Although its pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment methods and the factors affecting the failure of manipulative reduction have been gradually clear.But the importance of clinician alignment is far from enough.The author is well aware of this.Researches into the disease,authors have consulted a large number of related literatures at home and abroad.This paper introduces the closed manipulation reduction in this disease,explore the reasons for its failure,at the same time,the surgical treatment was described in detail,summarize the previous research results,on the basis of this analysis,a summary is given,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the correct clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
