摘　　要：胰腺腺泡细胞癌是一种比较罕见的胰腺上皮源性恶性肿瘤,复发率高,生存期短。国医大师刘嘉湘教授运用益气健脾法治疗胰腺腺泡细胞癌1例,患者坚持中药治疗,至今已存活71个月,取得了满意的近期和远期疗效。在精准辨证的基础上运用扶正祛邪法,不仅在常见恶性肿瘤的治疗中显现出其独特疗效,即使面对罕见恶性肿瘤也同样使患者获益并长期生存。Acinar cell carcinoma of pancreas is a rare epithelial cancer of the pancreas,which has a high recurrence rate and a short survival period.Professor Liu Jiaxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,used the method of invigorating qi and invigorating spleen to treat one case of acinar cell carcinoma pancreatic.The patient adhered to the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.He has survived for 71 months and achieved satisfactory short-term and long-term results.On the basis of accurate syndrome differentiation,the method of strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors not only shows its unique efficacy in the treatment of common malignant tumors,but also brings benefits and long-term survival to patients even in the face of rare malignant tumors.
