摘 要:寸草塔煤矿22煤层为变质程度较低的不黏煤,低温氧化条件下CO产生量较大。结合22301工作面煤层赋存的实际情况,通过实验室测试分析,优选了22煤层自然发火标志气体,通过理论计算,构建了工作面正常推采条件下回风隅角CO体积分数值的预测模型,现场实测了采空区自燃火灾关键技术参数,确定了工作面回风隅角CO体积分数预警值,规范和完善工作面回风隅角CO气体超限防治技术。Coal seam 22~#of Cuncaota Coal Mine is non-sticky coal with lower metamorphism, and the CO production is large under low temperature oxidation condition. Combined with the actual situation of coal seam occurrence in 22301 working face,through laboratory test and analysis, the indicator gas of spontaneous combustion in 22~#coal seam is optimized. Based on theoretical calculation, the prediction model of CO concentration in the corner of return air under normal advancing and mining conditions of working face is constructed, the key technical parameters of spontaneous combustion fire in goaf are measured on site, the early warning value of CO concentration in the corner of return air of working face is determined, and the control technology of CO gas overrun in the corner of return air of working face is standardized and improved.
