摘  要:测试了4种藕丝纤维的物理机械性能、形态结构、化学成分,以及抗静电性能等参数,并对4种藕丝纤维与苎麻和棉纤维进行了性能比较。结果表明:缅甸藕丝纤维较其他3种藕丝纤维力学性能好;4种藕丝纤维表面形态相似,均呈现规则的螺旋交联,截面均为实心圆形或椭圆形;藕丝纤维成分主要为纤维素、半纤维素、果胶等,并有较高含量的木质素;缅甸藕丝纤维的比电阻为7.7Ω×10^(8),高于棉纤维,低于苎麻纤维。The physical properties,mechanical properties,morphological structure,chemical composition,and antistatic properties of the four types of lotus silk fibers are tested and compared. The performance of the four types of lotus silk fibers is compared with those of ramie and cotton. The results show that Myanmar silk fiber has better mechanical properties than the other three silk fibers,but it is not as good as ramie and cotton fibers. The surface morphology of the four kinds of filigree fibers is similar to the regular spiral cross-linking,and the cross sections are all solid or oval. The reeling fiber component mainly contains cellulose,hemi-cellulose,pectin,etc.,and has a higher content of lignin. In the antistatic performance test,the specific resistance of lotus silk fiber is 7.7 Ω×10^(8),which is higher than that of cotton fiber and lower than that of ramie fiber.
