摘  要:静电纺丝过程中,在纤维接收区域添加非溶剂物质,制备具有三维蓬松结构的聚丙烯腈(PAN)静电纺非织造材料。通过构建“非溶剂-溶剂-聚合物”的三元体系,绘制三元相图,研究三维蓬松结构的成型机理。结果表明:非溶剂物质(在纤维接收区域施加水雾含量为5.25mL/m^(3))加速了PAN相分离成纤的过程,大量静电纺纳米纤维堆积形成三维蓬松结构。在长时间的过滤负载试验中,三维蓬松结构的非织造材料的品质因素始终优于常规片状结构。In the process of electrospinning,a non-solvent substance is added to the fiber receiving area to prepare a polyacrylonitrile(PAN)electrospun nonwoven material with a three-dimensional fluffy structure.By constructing a“non-solvent-solvent-polymer”ternary system,a ternary phase diagram is drawn,and the forming mechanism of the three-dimensional fluffy structure is studied.The results show that non-solvent substances(applying a water mist concentration of 5.25 mL/m^(3)in the receiving area)can accelerate the process of phase separation of PAN,and a large number of electrospun nanofibers are deposited to form a three-dimensional fluffy structure.In the long-term filtration load test,the quality with the three-dimensional fluffy structure is always better than that with the conventional sheet structure.
