摘　　要：利用水性聚氨酯发泡材料制备轻薄型耐低温手套。采用浸胶的方法将不同发泡倍率的水性聚氨酯发泡浆料涂覆于手套表面,从而制得轻薄保暖的挂胶手套。探究不同发泡倍率对挂胶手套表面形貌、厚度、隔热性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明:聚氨酯发泡倍率为2倍时,挂胶手套的隔热保温性能最好,其厚度为1.13mm,在-50℃环境下手套内部由37℃降至0℃所需时间为510s,比不发泡的挂胶手套时间延长16.4%,导热系数低至0.131 W/(m·K),耐磨性、耐撕裂性等级均达到欧标3级标准,能满足高寒边防战士短时间手部操作训练的要求。In order to prepare light-weight low temperature protective gloves with water-borne polyurethane foaming material,the water-borne polyurethane foaming paste with different foaming ratio is applied on the surface of gloves by dipping into adhesive,so as to make light and warm adhesive hanging gloves. The effects of different foaming ratios on the surface morphology,heat insulation and mechanical properties of gloves are investigated. The results show that when the foaming rate of polyurethane is 2 times,the heat insulation performance of hanging rubber gloves is the best with its thickness of 1.13 mm. In the environment of-50 ℃,the time required for the gloves to decrease from 37 ℃ to 0 ℃ is 510 s,which is 16.4% longer than the non-foaming adhesive hanging gloves. Its thermal conductivity is as low as 0.131 W/( m·K),and its wear resistance and tear resistance grade all reach Euro Standard Level 3,which could meet the requirements of alpine border guards’ short time hand operation training.
