多元混交府绸面料的开发与生产

摘　　要：涤棉衬衫面料具有挺括、美观、经久耐用等优点,但存在透气性差、穿着时比较闷热等缺陷。开发竹/涤/棉/麻混交府绸面料,用竹纤维替代涤棉织物经纱中的棉纤维,用麻纤维替代纬纱中的涤纶,既能保留涤棉衬衫面料挺括、美观的优良性能,又能避免面料透气性差,穿着时有闷热感的缺陷,并赋予织物极佳的舒适性,及优良的防紫外、防辐射、抗菌抑菌功能。T/C shirt fabric has the advantages of straightness,beauty and durability,but it has the defects of poor air permeability and sultry during wearing. The bamboo/polyester/cotton/ramie mixed poplin fabric is developed,by replacing the cotton fiber with bamboo in the warp of T/C fabric and using ramie instead of polyester fibers in the weft. Thus,it could not only keep the excellent performances of T/C shirt fabrics but also avoid poor air permeability and stuffy handle during wearing,in addition,it could give the fabric excellent comfort,anti ultraviolet,anti-radiation and antibacterial function.
