摘  要:依据朗伯比尔定律,采用红外光谱法对黏胶/氨纶织物的纤维成分进行定量分析,通过对比分析确定黏胶的独立特征峰,选择不同的积分方式建立定量方法,通过比较相关系数进行优化,并用混合试样对最优定量方法进行验证。结果表明:895cm^(-1)处可以作为黏胶的独立特征峰进行定量分析;当使用积分区域两个界线点的连线作为基线来计算峰面积时,得到的标准曲线最好,相关系数为0.992;用优化的定量方法测试混合试样,测得的结果与真实值的最大偏差为1.09%,在给定的显著性水平(α=0.05)下两者无显著差异。According to Lambert-Beer law,infrared spectroscopy is used to quantitatively analyze fiber composition of viscose-spandex fabric,and the independent characteristic peaks of viscose fiber are selected through comparative analysis.Different integration methods are selected to establish a quantitative method,which is optimized by comparing correlation coefficients,and the optimal quantitative method is verified with mixed samples.The result show that 895 cm^(-1)can be used as the independent characteristic peak of the viscose fiber for quantitative analysis.W hen the integration method is used,that a straight line is drawn between the peaks of the two frequency limits defined,the area above this line would be integrated,the standard curve is the best with a correlation coefficient of 0.992.When the optimized quantitative method is used to test the mixed samples,the maximum deviation between test results and true values is 1.09%,and there is no significant difference at a given significance level(α=0.05).
