摘  要:针对目前生物反应器环境自动监控技术不够成熟以及人工获取环境数据可靠性差和效率低下等问题,提出了设计方案。充分利用μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统的特点,结合STM32微控制器,通过RS485总线通信来实现实时监控生物反应器内环境参数的目的,并可以自动开启设备调节各项环境参数,为生物反应器内的水虻转化粪便提供良好的环境。经测试,系统运行稳定,达到预期要求。In view of such problems as premature automatic monitoring of bioreactor environment as well as poor reliability of environmental data acquired manually with low efficiency,a design scheme was proposed in this paper.By making full use of the characteristics ofμC/OS-Ⅱreal-time operating system,with the help of STM32 microcontroller,real-time monitoring of environmental parameters in the bioreactor was realized through RS485 bus communication.The system could automatically turn on the device to adjust environmental parameters,thus providing a good environment in which soldier fliers in the bioreactor could be changed into feces.It was verified through tests that that the presented system could operate stably and meet expected requirements.
