摘　　要：在简要介绍轻资产加油站概念的基础上,分析了轻资产加油站存在的人的不安全行为、物的不安全状态以及管理缺陷等安全管理问题,提出了相应对策:一是加强与业主的沟通;二是选派优秀站长;三是组织开业前验收;四是督促业主整改问题;五是建立有效的安全管理体系;六是开展多种形式的安全教育与培训;七是严格执行作业操作规范;八是强化应急预案的演练;九是落实各级人员的检查责任;十是严肃考核和追责问责。Based on the brief introduction of the concept of light asset gas station,the existing problems in safety management of light asset gas station are analyzed,such as people's unsafe behavior,unsafe state of material and management defects,and the corresponding countermeasures are puts forward,such as,strengthening communication with owners,selecting excellent station leaders,organizing acceptance before opening,urging owners to rectify problems,establishing effective safety management,carrying out various forms of safety education and training,implementing strictly the operation specifications,strengthening the drill of emergency plan,implementing the inspection responsibility of personnel at all levels,and seriously assess and pursue responsibility.
