实景演出的资本风险与防控策略——以《印象·刘三姐》为例

摘　　要：作为实景演出开山之作,《印象·刘三姐》通过文化资源向文化资本的创意转化,实现了文化资本的溢出效应与产业带动,引领了行业的兴起与发展。然而,多年来利润可观的《印象·刘三姐》遭遇破产重组,反映了当前资本介入文化领域引致的企业经营管理危机。一方面,由于屡次股权变更、多次资本运作,其落入了被重复质押担保的“资本陷阱”;另一方面,由于管理混乱、监管体系缺失导致风险发生,其自救乏力。实景演出具有文化、经济、伦理三重属性,经营失当会导致文化内涵稀释、文化资源耗损。为克服管理失灵、避免文化产业泛资本化,可借鉴“文化例外”的原则,在文化市场引入政府公权力,并从文化企业信用评价、文化金融体系构建、文化市场风险预估等方面对其加以约束与监督,从而保护民族优秀传统文化,促进文化演艺产业良性发展。Impression of Liu Sanjie,the first work of the large-scale actual performance,has realized the spillover effect of cultural capital and industrial drive through the transformation of cultural resources to the cultural capital,leading the rise and development of the industry.The bankruptcy reorganization of Impression of Liu Sanjie is a reflection of the capital management crisis in the cultural field.On the one hand,because of repeated changes in equity and many capital operations,Impression of Liu Sanjie was repeatedly secured by pledge and fell into the“capital trap”;on the other hand,because of the confusion of corporate management and lack of regulatory system,Impression of Liu Sanjie lacks self-rescue ability when faced with risk.The large-scale actual performance has three attributes:culture,economy and ethics.Improper management will lead to dilution of cultural connotation and loss of cultural resources.In order to overcome the management failure and avoid the overcapitalization of cultural industry,we could draw on the principle of“cultural exception”,introduce government power in the cultural market,and supervise it from the credit evaluation of cultural enterprises,the construction of cultural and financial system,and the prediction of cultural market risk,so as to protect the excellent traditional culture of the nation and promote the cultural production.
