摘　　要：基于理论分析,将人力资本水平、外商直接投资与产业结构优化纳入同一研究框架,利用随机效应模型与FGLS估计法,探究地区人力资本、外商直接投资对产业结构优化的影响,研究结果表明:人力资本水平、外商直接投资均能显著正向影响产业结构优化。由此,提出地区要充分发挥人力资源比较优势,利用外商直接投资带动技术溢出效应进而促进产业结构不断优化升级。Based on the theoretical analysis,human capital level,foreign direct investment and industrial structure optimization are put into the same research frame,and the stochastic effect model and FGLS estimation method are used,the paper explores the influence of regional human capital and foreign direct investment on the optimization of industrial structure,and the results show that the level of human capital and foreign direct investment have a significant positive effect on the optimization of industrial structure.Therefore,the region should give full play to the comparative advantage of human resources,and use foreign direct investment to promote the technology spillover effect and promote the continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
