摘　　要：大量实证研究表明,金融体系的发展对经济增长具有显著的正向作用。通过使用对银行业、保险业与证券业四个方面的指标建立一个评价指标体系,使用熵值法确定权重,对江苏省金融发展质量做出评价,首先对全省金融做整体分析,并与其他四个具有区域代表性的省份进行比较。其次使用13个地级市数据对江苏省内的金融发展进行区域分析,江苏省金融发展质量不够突出,与浙江、广东有一定差距。江苏省金融结构仍需要进一步调整,发展证券市场,提高证券市场活力。省内,苏南地区金融发展水平高于苏中和苏北,应当不断发挥苏南地区的优势,将资源向其他地区辐射,与经济政策共同作用以促进区域金融协调发展。A large number of empirical studies have shown that the development of the financial system has a significant positive effect on economic growth.This paper uses the indicators of the banking,insurance and securities industries to establish an evaluation index system,uses the entropy method to determine the weight,and evaluates the financial development quality of Jiangsu province.First,the province's finance is analysed as a whole and compared with four other provinces with regional representation.Secondly,13 prefecture-level city data are used to conduct a regional analysis of financial development in Jiangsu province.The quality of financial development in Jiangsu Province is not outstanding enough,and there is a certain gap between Zhejiang and Guangdong.The financial structure of Jiangsu Province still needs further adjustment,the securities market needs development,and the vitality of the securities market needs improvement.The level of financial development in the southern part of the province is higher than that of Middle and Northern areas of Jiangsu.It should continue to give full play to the advantages of southern Jiangsu,radiate resources to other regions,and work together with economic policies to promote coordinated regional financial development.
