摘　　要：目的研究智能IQ脉冲枪联合关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院从2019年1月至2020年1月收治的50例肩关节周围炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),试验组予以智能IQ脉冲枪联合关节松动术治疗,对照组采用超短波联合中低频电等传统治疗,比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Constant-murley肩关节功能评估量表(CMS)评分、美国肩肘外科协会评分(ASES)及临床疗效。结果两组治疗前的VAS、CMS、ASES评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);相比治疗前,两组治疗后7、14 d的VAS、CMS、ASES评分均改善,且试验组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于肩关节周围炎患者来说,智能IQ脉冲枪联合关节松动术,可有效缓解患者疼痛,促进肩关节功能恢复。Objective To research the clinical efficacy of intelligent IQ pulse gun combined with joint mobilization on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods A total of 50 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into the experimental group(n=25)and the control group(n=25)according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with intelligent IQ pulse gun combined with joint mobilization,while the control group was treated with the conventional method of ultrashort wave combined with medium and low frequency electricity.The visual analogue scale(VAS),Constant-murley shoulder(CMS)joint function evaluation scale,rating scale of the American shoulder and elbow surgeons(ASES)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There were no statistically significant differences in VAS,CMS and ASES scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,VAS,CMS and ASES scores of the two groups were improved on the 7th and 14th days after treatment,and the improvement degree of the experim ental group was superior than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate of the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Conclusion For patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis,intelligent IQ pulse gun combined with joint m obilization can effectively relieve the pain of patients and promote the recovery of should er joint function.
