基于SWOT分析的重庆市农村客运发展策略研究

摘　　要：农村客运作为农村群众的重要交通工具,其发展与农村人民的生产生活息息相关。同时,农村客运是构建以公路运输为骨干,实现城乡一体化的重要环节。文中从农村客运发展现状入手,运用SWOT分析法对重庆农村客运内部优势与劣势,外部环境及机遇进行分析,深入剖析重庆市农村客运发展中遇到的问题,并基于各因素组合给出战略建议,为重庆市农村客运发展提供理论支撑。Rural passenger operation is an important means of transportation for rural people,for which the development is closely related to the production and life of rural people.At the same time,rural passenger transport is an important link in the construction of road transport as the backbone and urban-rural integration.This paper,starting with the status of rural passenger transport development,which uses the SWOT analysis to analyze not only the internal advantages and disadvantages,but also the external environment and opportunities of Chongqing rural passenger transport,first analyzes the problems encountered in the development of rural passenger transport in Chongqing,and then gives a strategy based on the combination of various factors which can provide a theoretical support for the development of rural passenger transport in Chongqing.
