摘  要:为全面提高新装备人才培养的教学效益,分析了新雷达装备教学"一高两难"的课程特点,针对教学对象的特点,提出了"三阶段递进式"实践教学模式,并从总体路线、内容设置、实施策略上详细阐述了"基本技能普训—专项能力精训—综合运用深训"教学模式的具体内涵,最后给出了具体教学实施过程.教学实践证明,该教学模式能有效提高雷达装备实战化教学效益.In order to improve the teaching efficiency of talent cultivation for new radar equipment,this article analyzes the course features of new radar equipment teaching characterized by one high requirement and two difficulties,and then aims at the characteristics of the teaching object to put forward a“three-stage progressive”practical teaching mode.It also elaborates the specific connotation of the teaching mode of“general training of basic skills—intensive training of special abilities—deep training of comprehensive application”from the aspects of the overall route,content setting and implementation strategy.Finally,the article provides the concrete teaching implementation process.The teaching practice shows that the proposed teaching mode can effectively improve the efficiency of actual combat teaching of radar equipment.
