摘 要:文章针对智慧楼宇建设和BIM应用现状,设计并研发了基于5G+BIM的智慧楼宇运营管理平台,论述了平台的架构设计、功能体系和技术实现方式。平台在BIM模型构建的楼宇三维空间底座基础上,对接基于5G智能物联设备和信息系统,融合楼宇运行数据,集成业务应用系统,打造场景化智能识别能力,实现智慧楼宇的态势全面感知、问题智能识别、事件协同处置和决策辅助支持等功能。经实践验证,平台可助力楼宇运行管理的降本增效,提升楼宇智能化水平。Aiming at the current status of smart building and BIM application,this paper develops a smart building intelligent operation center platform based on Building Information Model.The architecture design,functional system and technical impleme ntati on methods are discussed.Based on the three-dime nsional BIM model,the platform conn ects to 5G IoT devices and vertical information systems to get building operation data,integrates application systems and creates scene-based intelligent recognition capabilities.This platform develops comprehensive situational awareness,intelligent problem identification,incident co-processing and decision-making assistance support functions.It has been verified by practicing that the platform can help reduce cost,in creases efficie ncy of build ing operati on man ageme nt and improves the level of build ing in tellige nce.
