“场域-惯习”视角下我国职业赛事裁判员责任伦理研究

摘　　要：责任伦理,是一种以“尽己之责”作为基本道德准则的伦理,是我们一切言行的出发点,也是我们一切言行的归宿。我国职业赛事拥有广泛的消费群体与媒体受众,裁判员公众性日益凸现,使他们的责任伦理行为具有广泛的社会影响。新时代职业赛事裁判员责任伦理的实现是发展体育竞赛表演产业的重要保障。尝试运用布迪厄“场域-惯习”理论作为分析框架,将职业赛事裁判责任伦理置于更广阔的社会实践情境之中进行审读,提出“场域-惯习”视角下裁判员责任伦理内涵,理清“场域-惯习”视角下裁判员责任伦理的时代特征,找出“场域-惯习”视角下裁判员责任伦理实现困境,获取“场域-惯习”视角下裁判责任伦理实现路径,为职业赛事裁判员培育和践行社会主义核心价值观和推动职业赛事繁荣发展贡献力量。Responsibility ethics is a kind of ethics which takes"fulfill one's own responsibility"as the basic moral standard.It is not only the starting point of all our words and deeds,but also the destination of all our words and deeds.Professional events in China have a wide range of consumer groups and media audiences,and the public nature of referees is increasingly prominent,which makes their ethical behavior of responsibility have a wide range of social impact.In the new era,the realization of professional competition referee's responsibility ethics is an important guarantee for the development of sports competition performance industry.This paper attempts to use Bourdieu's"field habitus"theory as the analysis framework,put the professional competition referee responsibility ethics into a broader social practice situation for review,put forward the connotation of referee responsibility ethics from the perspective of"field habitus",clarify the era characteristics of referee responsibility ethics from the perspective of"field habitus",and find out the referee responsibility ethics from the perspective of"field habitus"To achieve the dilemma,we should obtain the path of realizing the ethics of referee responsibility from the perspective of"field habit",and contribute to the cultivation and practice of socialist core values and the promotion of the prosperity and development of professional events.
